My first post went up yesterday which was titled 15 Rules To Live By.

Each post will delve into one of my 15 rules.
1. Be Kind.
2. Have a sense of humor especially when it comes to YOU.
3. Write poems, even if only in your head.
4. Sing out loud, even if badly.
5. Dance, even with no rhythm.
6. If you don’t have anything nice to say… you know the deal.
7. Find things to be in awe of.
8. Be grateful for what you have right now.
9. Watch Modern Family, read Wayne Dyer, and end every complaint with “But I’m so blessed!”
10. Duh, do yoga.
11. Don’t worry. Everyone on Facebook seems like they have happier and funner lives. They don’t.
12. Tell someone you love that you love them. Right now.
13.Take more pictures.
14. Forgive yourself for not being perfect. No such thing.
15. Thank the Universe in advance.

I have worked with positivity and negativity and believe from experience you cant have one without the other so i balance between the two… walking the thin line between the two poles and that for me is where true peace sits… So that walking the on the thin line taught me to be positively proactive and not negatively reactive… and that positive energy creates a bright energizing, vibrant, healthy aura and helps one to balance out the negative influences in ones life.
Without having suffered tremendous pain one does not truly understand how pure joy feels… My husband died three times last November and fought for his life for eight weeks in hospital and came back to us the day after my birthday in January… When i got the phone call that he had been in a terrible car crash, I shook from my inner core and i asked God to keep me ready and able and i asked all my friends on facebook to pray for us… after a while the shaking stopped and I stood calm, positive and shone my love out as much as i could and knew that the negative expereince was all for a positive reason… so i travelled between the two extreames in peace knowing that all is perfect really… People said to me and others… she is too calm… ?? but i knew that I has found a space to be between the two poles of positivity and negativity and there is where i was proactive and able to be of service to the expereince and with the energy of pure selfless love… God touched my soul and shone his love out of my heart so i could do it without shaking and falling down. So thats how i know that you cant run or hide from negative happenings you have to sit with it with a positively positive heart… and then you can do anything 🙂 xx so all you say here is of so much importance to the world and is such a joy for me to read about on your blog… your a dear heart of joy and may that joy spread all over the world… as its really healing… thank you dear poppet your work is so special… i will share to all i know 🙂 hugs and positively positive heart felt love to you… have a wonderful day xx
