Erin Ergenbright

Erin Ergenbright is co-author of The Ex-Boyfriend Cookbook, and her writing has appeared in numerous journals, anthologies, and magazines, including Tin House, The Colorado Review, and The Believer Magazine. She earned her MFA at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop a million years ago and has been teaching writing at Portland Community College, in Portland, Oregon, for the past seventeen years. She is also a founder of the long running but now paused Loggernaut Reading Series, a former host of the Portland Spelling Bee, and mother to a ferocious and wonderful third grader.
