Alison Manheim is a Pilates instructor based in Venice, California. She is passionate about the benefits of Pilates at any life stage. A former professional writer with an MFA in fiction writing from Columbia University, Alison eventually made the jump to a less sedentary career and is now on staff at Equinox in Marina del Rey (where Jen Pastiloff also teaches yoga!)
