Thanks for posting this. I used to use the too busy excuse. Now I’m doing better. I at the very least will take time to paint my nails. Its a simple way to doll myself up. Or go outside to write and enjoy the day, sun, air. I’m still working on it but at the very least I do now Know,I deserve to be treated well. I Am Beautiful. Namaste.
